Food vendor space is reserved and assigned by the Food & Festival Village Committee. Receipt of your completed and signed agreement, Booth Reservation Form and payment in full needs to be submitted to register for a booth within the Food and Festival Village.

With 90,000 in attendance at the 97th Maui Fair, the Maui Fair is the primary source of funding for many of Maui’s nonprofit and community organizations. It relies entirely on corporate and local business sponsorships and volunteers for support.
The Fair will open with the traditional parade (Maui’s largest) Thursday, October 3 and will continue with rides, food, first-rate entertainment and more through the evening of Sunday, October 6, 2019.
The Maui Fair is the symbol of family tradition. It attracts locals and visitors alike to enjoy an alcohol-free, smoke-free and drug-free family-oriented educational event that features an array of local food, first-rate entertainment, E.K. Fernandez Joy Zone, plus horticulture, orchid, livestock, homemaking, photo and art exhibits
